Rockfit classes are designed specifically for busy parents and professionals who want to improve their health and fitness with longevity focused workouts, that build strength, improve mobility, and enhance overall health.
Each class is led by experienced trainer who understand how to modify movements to accommodate different fitness levels, ensuring you get the most out of every workout without unnecessary strain or risk of injury.

balance & Strength Training
Maintaining good balance and stability is crucial for staying injury free whilst strength training is vital for preserving your precious lean tissue, repsonisble for strength and your metabolism.

CLASS INFORMATION
WHERE ARE CLASSES HELD?
Classes are held outdoors year round, during the day times and night times during the lighter months we are based on west coast beaches (Cobo and Vazon) and Saumarez Park.
During the winter nights we are based at Footes Lane athletics track which provides us with light from the flood lights.
WHEN ARE CLASSES HELD?
Mon & Wed – 18:00-18:45
Saturdays – 09:00-09:45
HOW MUCH & HOW CAN I PAY?
I appreciate that an upfront commitment does not always suit people. That is why you can pay as you go for each class with a debit or credit card.
